About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to join its construction team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across various construction projects. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and control systems according to project specifications and industry best practices.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to guide installation and repair work.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform effective corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres strictly to project requirements, local regulations, and established safety standards.
• Test electrical systems and components to verify proper operation and functionality post-installation or repair.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on-site to ensure seamless project integration.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation related to electrical activities, including progress and any encountered issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Electrical Technician, with a preference for experience within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
