About the Regional Quality Coordinator Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region and the world's largest vertically integrated dairy producer, is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator (Poultry) for its operations in Hail. This full-time position is integral to maintaining Almarai's commitment to quality across its product lifecycle.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Regional Quality Coordinator will be responsible for upholding quality systems within the region. This involves overseeing and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the processes of receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering products. The role focuses on meeting consumer and customer needs by implementing established quality procedures, conducting training, performing audits, generating reports, reviewing findings, recommending corrective actions, and following up on their implementation. Continuous improvement analysis and updating relevant procedures and forms are also key aspects of this position.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Poultry Technology or a related science field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Poultry Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Computer literacy.
• A valid driving license from the country of origin.

Essential Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate the following competencies:

• A strong understanding of product composition, quality standards, correct product handling, and food hygiene principles.
• Knowledge in the implementation, updating, upgrading, and evaluation of quality management systems.
• Effective report writing skills.
• A self-driven, results-oriented approach with a clear focus on maintaining high quality.
• Comfort and ability in dealing with senior executives.

Experience and Work Environment
