We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts in the food service division, focusing on Frozen Products - Protein. This role is critical in developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities of the team.
  • Organize weekly and monthly meetings with sales staff and management.
  • Set sales objectives by developing comprehensive Journey Plans.
  • Utilize strong technical sales skills and market knowledge to drive performance.
  • Regularly review customer accounts for timely cash collection.
  • Train and motivate sales representatives on effective sales techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure optimal product mix and availability to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee daily van stock reconciliation and cash deposits.
  • Report competitor activity and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Food Services sales channel (protein sector - Frozen Products).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Location: Opportunities available in Riyadh, Tabuk, Sakakah, Makkah, Abha, and Jizan.
