Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining a strong customer service focus. Key activities include the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials while supporting maintenance and production processes. You will ensure compliance with materials management procedures and legal requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive safety and environmental objectives by applying best practices.
• Follow warehousing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory is managed securely and accurately through electronic and mechanical recording systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to align physical and electronic stock records.
• Handle hazardous materials in strict accordance with safety standards.
• Work in a team-focused environment while maintaining open communication.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in computerized stock control systems (SAP).
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Training in hazardous materials handling.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years relevant experience in chemical, refinery, or gas plant operations.
• 5+ years of material handling experience.
