Future Career Opportunity Attraction Manager

About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Future Career Opportunity Attraction Manager to lead the daily operations of offerings within the Attractions department. This full-time role is based in Jīzān, Jizan, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring smooth, efficient operations that meet high guest service standards. The manager will oversee operational compliance, safety, and financial success while leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for offerings, aligning with the overall strategy of the Attractions department.
• Collaborate with the Attractions GM to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize revenue and guest engagement.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management for all goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial reports, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN's standards and regulations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff schedules, and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
• Manage the financial performance of the attraction, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are controlled within budget.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints promptly, and monitor feedback to improve the guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in attractions management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning.
• Experience in leading teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing operational strategies.
