We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of our team at the Advanced Smelting Industries Co. (ASIC) facility in Jazan. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance activities on company assets while ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks on various equipment including pumps, gearboxes, and conveyor belts.
• Monitor and commission plants and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure all required materials are available.

• Train and assist junior technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

About the Job
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a Sulphur Forming Unit/Refinery Plant located in Jizan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance team and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control daily activities of maintenance staff.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment including pumps, motors, compressors, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot rotating equipment, with the ability to perform complete overhauls.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Communicate with production, engineering, and third-party service providers.
• Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (******** preferred).
• 8+ years of maintenance experience.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in refinery or plant maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting rotating equipment.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
