About the Role

Aathar Holding Company is seeking a Part-time Outdoor Activities Trainer to join its team. This role involves facilitating educational and experiential programs conducted in natural outdoor environments, including mountains. The position is available in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Taif, within the Makkah region, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context

The Outdoor Activities Trainer will contribute to programs focused on experiential learning. This involves leading participants through various outdoor activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive and educational experience in natural settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead educational activities and field experiences.
• Implement camping and various outdoor activities.
• Support and motivate participants to achieve program objectives.
• Apply safety procedures and manage risks effectively.
• Interact effectively with the work team and participants.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma degree.
• Advanced level of physical fitness.
• Background in training or education fields.
• Experience or interest in camping and outdoor activities.
• 0-1 years of experience.
