Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. We are seeking a Services and Partnerships Management Director to join our team in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in institutional relations, partnerships, or business development.

Role Overview

The Services and Partnerships Management Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for relationships and partnerships that align with the charity's objectives. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with various governmental, private, and non-profit entities, as well as overseeing partnership agreements and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement a relations and partnerships plan in line with the charity's goals.
• Build and manage relationships with governmental, private, and non-profit organizations.
• Explore partnership opportunities and oversee negotiations and agreement preparation.
• Represent the charity in relevant meetings and events.
• Monitor the implementation of partnerships, measure their results, and prepare reports.
• Supervise the relations and partnerships team and enhance their performance.
• Manage and regularly update the partners' database.
• Enhance the institutional image and build relationships that support the achievement of the entity's objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional relations, partnerships, or business development.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in building partnerships, managing negotiations, and fostering institutional relationships.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
