Job Title: Tourism Hospitality Units Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an employee with previous experience in operating hotels, serviced apartments, and tourist units, to work within the hospitality facilities operations team.

Job Duties:

* Receiving customers and dealing with them professionally.
* Managing check-in and check-out procedures.
* Following up on customer bookings and responding to their inquiries.
* Supervising cleaning staff and ensuring units are ready before customers arrive.
* Following up on customer feedback and resolving issues during their stay.
* Using booking and tourist accommodation software and platforms.
* Preparing periodic reports on occupancy, bookings, and unit status.
* Coordinating with the maintenance and cleaning team to ensure operational quality.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in operating hotels, serviced apartments, or tourist hospitality facilities.
* Experience in guest check-in and check-out and direct customer interaction.
* Proficiency in using computers and booking software and platforms.
* Ability to supervise cleaning staff and organize their tasks.
* Good communication, quick response, and problem-solving skills.
* Preferably, the applicant should be located in Jeddah.
* Commitment, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility in working hours.
