About the Internship

HILTI is offering an Accountant Internship in Jeddah for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. This internship provides an opportunity to support the Finance team in daily accounting activities and gain practical experience within a professional business environment. Interns will work closely with the Finance team to support accurate financial transactions, reporting, and documentation.

Role Overview

The Accountant Intern will develop accounting knowledge and gain exposure to finance processes. This role offers insight into how a global organization manages its financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with invoice verification, processing, and documentation.
• Support purchase-to-payment processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and basic analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support the Finance team with internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and shared services on finance-related activities.
• Support data entry and maintain finance-related files and records.
• Assist with finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously develop accounting knowledge.
