The Role of Analytical Doctor

My Clinic is seeking an Analytical Doctor for a full-time position in Makkah. This role, also referred to as Senior Medical Analyst, involves the high-level review and evaluation of medical data and interactions within My Care. The primary objective is to ensure that all medical information provided to patients is accurate, safe, and compliant with professional standards and clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all medical data analysis and quality audits within My Care.
• Review and verify the accuracy of medical scripts and information shared by agents.
• Ensure all medical interactions align with clinical guidelines and approved medical strategy.
• Supervise and support the implementation of medical quality standards.
• Provide expert oversight for complex medical inquiries or escalations from the My Care team.
• Coordinate medical reporting and insights as required.
• Ensure staff and content creators adhere to approved medical messaging and scope.
• Support clinical content creation to ensure medical quality and compliance.
• Collect and analyze clinical feedback and post-campaign medical insights.
• Represent My Care data in meetings with medical departments and health agencies.
• Follow up on medical deliverables, timelines, and execution quality.
• Report any medical risks, issues, or obstacles through assigned channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track achievement levels against daily and weekly targets.
• Perform other professional duties as requested by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of medical data analysis and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and professional standards.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve coordination with offices in Jeddah and Riyadh, including facilitating Riyadh office marketing and branding needs through business channels or the Jeddah head office.
