About the Role

KTek Resourcing is seeking an Application Support professional to join their team in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and performance of business applications and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments for business applications, processes, and specific scenarios (*, outsourcing, critical changes, new products/technology) following the Information Security Risk Management Methodology.
• Participate in security assessments and compliance activities for infrastructure, systems, and applications, providing risk-based advice.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of existing risk practices and methodologies to improve security services.
• Measure the effectiveness of Risk KPI/KRI and work on regular improvements.
• Provide production support with strong problem-solving skills to prevent incidents from causing major business impact.
• Manage release and deployment, scheduling and controlling the movement of releases across test and live environments.
• Actively participate in scheduled DR/BCM activities, demonstrating an understanding of risk, business continuity, and infrastructure readiness.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors for code delivery and deployment.
• Provide end-to-end implementation support for third-party application integration and successful data migration.
• Plan and manage support for incident and problem management tools and processes in coordination with other IT service management functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in application support or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and other SDLC models; certification is an advantage.
• Understanding of NAV, GAV, AUM, accruals, and expenses, particularly with Advent Geneva, Tradex, Investrack, Sylvan, Portia, and E-Report products.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Server (2016, 2013, 2019, SP Online), and SQL Server 2008.
• Hands-on experience with HPSM, HP OpenView, Control-M, and IBM RTC Tools.
• Experience in Linux and Windows Administration.
• Ability to write SQL queries and good knowledge of .Net technology.
• Experience with SSRS, RSL, RDL, and XML schema definition.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah.
