About APM Monaco and the Role

APM Monaco, founded in 1982, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand inspired by the lifestyle of Monaco and the South of France. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to provide exceptional client service and contribute to building the APM brand through strong in-store client relationships. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the Store-in-Charge in managing sales and daily operations. This role involves contributing to the overall success of the store by focusing on client engagement and brand representation. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Store Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store-in-Charge with sales and operational management.
• Supporting KPI analysis and reporting.
• Contributing to rostering and team management.
• Implementing visual merchandising standards.
• Engaging clients and fostering strong customer relationships through CRM activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A genuine appreciation for the APM Monaco brand.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• A proven track record of sales performance and CRM.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is a plus.
