Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, in-store position crucial for maintaining operational excellence and delivering superior customer experiences within our retail environment.

The Assistant Store Manager Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision, and achieving sales objectives and key performance indicators. This position requires a hands-on leadership approach, actively participating on the sales floor while guiding the team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and operational KPIs in line with brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to maximize stock potential.
• Ensure sales team effectiveness through regular coaching on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging as a team member on the sales floor.
• Maintain staffing levels consistent with operational needs, preparing schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Account for seasonal peaks and activities when preparing forecasts and staff rotas.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and in-store events through communication with regional management.
• Manage store inventory and stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met.
• Ensure operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of proven retail management experience, specifically within the GCC retail beauty industry.
• Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with sound business acumen.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring consistent in-store presence to effectively manage operations and lead the team.
