Banks Accountant (Saudi)

About the Role

Guthmi Group is seeking a Banks Accountant to join their team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing and monitoring the company's banking operations and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily bank balances to ensure accuracy and liquidity.
• Open and manage company bank accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
• Track and monitor all bank account transactions, verifying their accuracy and proper classification.
• Verify and approve payment requests, ensuring adherence to established budgets and company policies.
• Process payments efficiently using various methods, including cheques, bank transfers, and cash.
• Prepare and submit transfer and payment orders as required.
• Communicate regularly with banks to discuss financial services, resolve issues, and follow up on transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in accounting or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures and financial transaction processing.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in either Jeddah or Makkah, Makkah region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the finance department of Guthmi Group, contributing to the efficient management of the company's financial resources.
