About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Branch Supervisor E-Commerce Operations to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring efficient e-commerce fulfillment processes within the branch, focusing on operational excellence and team development.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and lead the operational team to execute optimal picking and delivery journeys, aiming for the best possible outcomes for customers. This involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to established procedures and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor duty schedules, including timing and personal hygiene standards for the team.
• Ensure optimal utilization of pickers, administrators, and drivers, tracking pick-rates and on-time handover and delivery.
• Collaborate with the store operations team to manage replenishment and product availability.
• Train the team to ensure consistent adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure the achievement of daily targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Verify the availability of essential assets and consumables, such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
• Communicate daily operational status and needs to the area operations lead.
• Liaise with the service desk for any escalations that may disrupt operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school education is required; a college degree is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of more than 10 employees.
• Background in both retail and e-commerce operations.

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Effective communication skills.
