About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor E-Commerce Operations to join our full-time team in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our e-commerce operations, focusing on customer satisfaction through optimized picking and delivery processes.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to lead and develop the e-commerce operations team. The supervisor will ensure the efficient execution of the picking and delivery journey, aiming for the best possible outcomes and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor team duty schedules, including adherence to timing and personal hygiene standards.
• Optimize the utilization of pickers, administrative staff, and drivers to ensure adherence to pick-rate targets and timely handover and delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with the store operations team to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
• Provide training to the team on best practice operational procedures.
• Ensure the consistent achievement of daily operational targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the availability of essential assets and consumables, such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
• Maintain clear communication with the Area Operations Lead regarding daily operational status and requirements.
• Liaise with the service desk to address and resolve any escalations that may disrupt operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A high school education is required; a college degree is considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of more than 10 employees.
• A proven background in both Retail and E-Commerce environments.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
