The Role of Business Development Specialist

Beyond X is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the creation of proposals and pitches aligned with Beyond X’s strategic framework.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities within the events, public activations, and experiential marketing sectors.
• Foster long-term, high-trust partnerships with government entities, creative agencies, and corporate clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Utilize deep industry connections to win major contracts, sponsorships, and large-scale public activations.
• Develop standout commercial proposals and deliver high-impact presentations that showcase the agency's creative strategy and execution power.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through multi-year contracts, event wins, and strategic growth streams.
• Monitor KSA market trends, major national initiatives, and competitor activity to uncover new commercial opportunities.
• Work hand-in-hand with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery from pitch to execution.
• Represent Beyond X at key industry events, networking functions, and trade expos across the region.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the events, marketing, or agency sectors. A proven track record of securing high-value contracts and building strong client relationships is essential. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and market analysis skills to effectively identify and convert commercial opportunities.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Specialist will operate within a dynamic agency environment, collaborating with various internal teams and representing Beyond X at external industry events throughout the region.
