Business Development Supervisor

A Business Development Supervisor is required to work with the Universe Galaxies Organization (UGO).

Tasks:
• Arranging meetings and field visits.
• Following up on all daily tasks and continuous reminders.
• Building and updating a database of hospitals, medical complexes, pharmacies, and procurement officials.
• Communicating with health authorities and following up on offers and contracts.
• Documenting meetings, follow-ups, and submitting periodic reports.

• Working directly with management and implementing daily directives and follow-ups.

Requirements:
• Preferably a pharmacist or has previous experience in pharmaceutical companies, medical warehouses, or medical sales.
• Experience in the Saudi health sector.
• Preferably having relationships with hospitals, medical complexes, or pharmacies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computers.
• High organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to remind management, follow up on all tasks, and not neglect any detail, no matter how small.
• Preferably having a car and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel inside and outside Jeddah when needed.

• A leadership and organized personality capable of taking responsibility and working under pressure.

Probationary period:
• Two months with a salary of 3000 SAR.

• After successfully passing the probationary period, the salary will be raised to 5000 SAR.

Priority will be given to those with experience and actual relationships in hospitals, medical complexes, pharmacies, and the Saudi health sector.
