Role Overview

The Business Management Sr. Specialist will play a key role in supporting business planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. This position involves monitoring performance, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance across various business operations. The specialist will also contribute to process improvements and manage specific contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning, budgeting, reporting, and contract administration activities.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, performance, and deliverables.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with departments on operational activities and manpower requirements.
• Review business documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage and monitor cost-reimbursable contracts in line with company policies.
• Support daily business operations and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in business management or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to support business planning and reporting functions.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and analyzing business performance data.
• Proficiency in reviewing business documents for accuracy and compliance.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role requires active coordination across various departments within Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co.
