About the Role

Shangri-La Jeddah is seeking a dedicated Residence Guest Service Associate to join their team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the guest experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for expected business within the shift and for the day.
  • Prepare necessary documents, including registration forms and welcome materials, to facilitate efficient guest check-in prior to arrivals.
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally as they approach the reception desk.
  • Review guest records in the Property Management System (OPMS) to identify guest history and any specialized instructions.
  • Assist guests with completing registration forms, ensuring all essential details are accurately included.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate lifts and coordinate with Concierge staff for seamless guest transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience within a hotel environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • A pleasant, friendly, and cheerful demeanor.

Eligibility

This position is specifically open to Saudi Nationals only.

Work Location

The role is based in Jeddah.
