Role Overview

Shangri-La Hotel in Jeddah is seeking a Service Associate - Concierge to join its team. This full-time role involves providing guest services and assisting with luggage and other guest items. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Assist guests with airline reservations/confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
• Uphold all quality standards and procedures from guest pre-arrival through arrival, in-house stay, and departure.
• Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guest luggage.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
• Ability to provide guest services and assist with luggage and other items.
