The Role of Service Associate - Concierge

The Service Associate - Concierge provides guest services and assists guests with their luggage and other items. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests to enhance loyalty.
• Assist guests with airline reservations/confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
• Uphold all quality standards and procedures from guest pre-arrival, arrival, in-house stay, to departure.
• Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage.

Candidate Experience
