The Role of Service Associate - Waiter

Shangri-La Hotel is seeking a Service Associate - Waiter to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves creating a memorable dining experience for guests in the Food & Beverage outlets by upholding Shangri-La Standards. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu and dish preparation methods.
• Provide menu recommendations to guests.
• Take orders and serve guests.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and creating positive dining moments.
• Prepare the restaurant for service operations.
• Coordinate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely service.
• Ensure accurate billing and posting procedures.
• Adhere to Shangri-La Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Support colleagues in the successful operation of the F&B outlet.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining smooth meal operations.
