·         Preparing architectural designs and preliminary plans.

·         Studying client needs and converting them into a suitable design.

·         Distribution of interior spaces (rooms, corridors, services).

·         Selecting appropriate materials and finishes.

·         Ensuring the design complies with building codes and municipal regulations.

·         Coordinating with the structural engineer and electrical and mechanical engineers.

·         Preparing architectural execution drawings.

·         Architectural supervision of execution to ensure work compliance with the design.

Structural Engineer

• Designing the structural system of the building.
• Calculating loads (dead, live, wind, and seismic when needed).
• Designing foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural walls.
• Preparing structural drawings and reinforcement schedules.
• Reviewing soil and selecting the appropriate foundation type.
• Ensuring the design complies with approved engineering codes.
• Following up on the execution of structural works on site.
• Addressing structural problems that may arise during execution.
