Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives, audience needs, and user insights through design thinking principles.
• Develop professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and impactful.
• Draft messages and content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling material tailored for various platforms.
• Conduct research to understand topics, industry context, and audience needs, translating these insights into clear visuals and narratives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital communication and SMS marketing.
