flyadeal is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering a positive, customer-first experience by efficiently handling inquiries, professionally resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about flyadeal's products, services, policies, and procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding flyadeal products, services, policies, and procedures while supporting customer needs.
• Meet assigned productivity and customer care targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flyadeal products, systems, services, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry across relevant systems.
• Support Team Leaders with flight disruption activities, queue management, and cancelled flight processing.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring service or operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints and improve the overall customer journey.

Qualifications and Education

• High school certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
