Jeddah Airports | مطارات جدة is seeking a Cyber Security Governance Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing the implementation and compliance of cybersecurity solutions within the organization's operational technology (OT) network infrastructure.

Role Summary

The Cyber Security Governance Manager will be responsible for supervising the development and deployment of OT security solutions and ensuring their adherence to established cybersecurity guidelines. The role requires coordinating various functions across the OT network, managing risk, and evaluating system compliance to maintain a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and implementation of OT security solutions.
• Coordinate communication between GRC, Digital & Technology, and OT teams.
• Identify upstream and downstream OT system dependencies.
• Monitor compliance against cybersecurity guidelines and policies.
• Conduct role-based awareness training sessions and organize cybersecurity simulation exercises.
• Develop methods for monitoring and measuring risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
• Ensure specifications conform with cybersecurity requirements and analyze defense policies.
• Evaluate cybersecurity aspects of contracts and implement products to manage risks.
• Recognize patterns of non-compliance and resolve cybersecurity incidents and vulnerability issues.
• Evaluate systems for compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Undertake other job-related responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on governance and operational technology.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise the implementation of security solutions and ensure compliance.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing cybersecurity risks.
