About the Role

Serviceplan Group Middle East is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the operational execution of client engagements in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in managing complex programs. The role involves ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, in the correct sequence, and at the appropriate pace, with a hands-on approach to delivery rather than solely delegation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution across active client engagements, including workplans, milestones, dependencies, actions, and escalations.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors such as AI strategists, consultants, technical specialists, and client teams.
• Run client-facing governance, including status meetings, progress reporting, decision tracking, and risk management.
• Drive adoption and follow-through to ensure agreed-upon workshop outcomes are implemented into workflows.
• Proactively identify and flag risks and blockers before they escalate into problems.
• Contribute to building and improving the venture's delivery frameworks, templates, and program standards.
• Manage multiple parallel engagements while maintaining quality and pace across all projects.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated hands-on delivery instinct, actively unblocking, coordinating, and solving issues rather than just tracking.
• Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity in written updates, spoken escalations, and meeting facilitation.
• Experience with change management, adoption programs, or transformation delivery is considered a significant advantage.
