Deputy Project Manager

About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to provide leadership and direction for construction and renovation projects. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities across KSA and the EMEA region. The Deputy Project Manager will ensure end-to-end project delivery from design to handover for airport terminal lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities adhere to contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and relevant standards.
• Oversee and monitor the financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of all ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including landlords, designers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, to implement PPG concepts and maintain quality control.
• Prepare tender documentation, develop project schedules, and produce budget estimates and cost plans for new business development.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor project staff, monitoring their performance and work progress.
• Define project scope for new airport lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services in KSA and other international locations.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate data related to project progress, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Source, develop, and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct regular coordination and review meetings with the Operations Team to gather feedback and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Global Project Director and/or EMEA Associate Project Director.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within construction and renovation.
