About the Role

Park Hyatt is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the Finance & Accounting Division, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

Role Overview

The Director of Finance will play a critical role in maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of financial management while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This position requires a leader who can ensure operational efficiency within the finance division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the Finance & Accounting Division.
• Align divisional operations with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Meet the financial expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
• Maintain Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.
• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance and accounting division effectively.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategies and brand standards in a global organization.
• Proficiency in financial management principles and practices.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.
