flyadeal is seeking a Director of Marketing & Digital to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving brand growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer loyalty through strategic marketing, digital channels, and communications initiatives.

Role Overview

The Director of Marketing & Digital will be responsible for overseeing various functions including marketing, advertising, digital channels, ancillary services, loyalty programs, public relations, and corporate communications. The objective is to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints while achieving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set brand strategy and ensure consistent positioning, identity, and messaging.
• Drive awareness and bookings through traditional and digital campaigns, media engagement, social content, partnerships, and route launches.
• Improve UI/UX, customer experience, conversion rates, and direct sales for app and web platforms in collaboration with technology teams.
• Grow revenue per customer by developing and marketing ancillary products and implementing digital merchandising strategies.
• Build customer engagement, retention, and repeat bookings through loyalty and CRM programs.
• Manage corporate reputation, media relations, internal and external communications, and CSR initiatives, including responses to disruptions and crises.
• Oversee budgets and agency relationships, utilizing customer insights and tracking results across brand, marketing, digital, ancillary, and loyalty efforts.
• Provide leadership to direct reports, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
