Distribution Coordinator

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage the local distribution network in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers while upholding Ferrero Quality and GRC standards. The position involves close collaboration with 3PL partners, Ferrero Customer Service, and the local Sales team.

Role Overview

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the distribution process. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, managing return logistics, and validating invoices. The role also involves creating purchase requisitions in SAP and actively driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability within the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end distribution activities with 3PL partners, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Manage return logistics processes, validate invoices, and update delivery statuses accurately within SAP.
• Monitor and report daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including delivery success rates and cost metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and supporting sustainability goals.
• Lead collaborative efforts across various teams to resolve delivery challenges and promote accountability in distribution operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with distribution network management and coordination.
• Experience with SAP for managing logistics and purchase requisitions is preferred.
