Job Description

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Finance & Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is central to overseeing financial, billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle activities. The specialist will ensure accurate and timely invoice and claim validation, maintain effective financial controls, and ensure budget adherence, working closely with healthcare operators, insurers, and internal finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate operator invoices and quotations for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly financial analysis, budget-versus-actual reports, and variance analysis.
  • Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Oversee monthly insurance claim submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurer requirements.
  • Monitor claim rejections, denials, outstanding claims, and collection timelines.
  • Coordinate with operators and insurers to resolve claim discrepancies and improve collections.
  • Lead regular claim reconciliation and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage and enhance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) performance.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare financial and insurance performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and transparency across financial and claims processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary contact for financial and insurance matters with healthcare operators and insurers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Health, Operations Manager, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and revenue cycle management, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves close coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
