Tameer Steel Company is seeking a General Accountant to join its team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The role is integral to managing daily accounting operations and providing essential financial data to support management decisions.

Role Overview

The General Accountant will be responsible for a range of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards and company policies. This role supports the financial health of the company by maintaining precise records and contributing to financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording journal entries accurately.
• Maintaining comprehensive ledgers.
• Reconciling bank and various account balances.
• Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with budgeting and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant accounting role.
• Designated for Saudi Nationals Only.

Work Location
