Introduction:
At Ma'arij Real Estate Company, we work to build a professional real estate brand. We are looking for a talented graphic designer capable of turning our vision into a strong identity and professional visual materials that include company profiles and projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop/update visual identities and their guidelines (Brand Guidelines).
  • Design real estate company profiles and project profiles (PDF/presentations).
  • Produce marketing materials: brochures, roll-ups, project boards, investor presentations.
  • Prepare social media templates and align the identity across all channels.
  • Coordinate work with marketing and project development/management to ensure the accuracy of information, images, and diagrams.
  • Manage source files, archiving, and delivery according to best practices.

Requirements:
  • Previous mandatory experience in real estate companies within Saudi Arabia or the region.
  • Proven examples of developing a visual identity from scratch or redesigning it.
  • Previous work in real estate company profiles and project profiles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) + PowerPoint.
  • High capability in printing and final output, and preparing files ready for print and digital.
  • Excellent organization, strong visual sense, and commitment to timelines.

Additional Advantage:
  • Basic knowledge of 3D/display programs (optional).
  • Experience in light motion graphics for opening presentations or short videos.
