About the Job
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading creative design initiatives across multiple platforms, managing graphic and visual projects from conception to delivery. This role involves developing brand strategies, creating engaging and high-quality content, and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels. The Senior Designer also collaborates with cross-functional teams and supervises junior creatives to maintain artistic direction aligned with brand goals. This individual plays a key role in campaign development, storytelling, and creative innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and visual content across digital and print platforms.
• Develop original concepts, designs, and storyboards aligned with brand strategy and project objectives.
• Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback to ensure high-quality output and creative growth.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, CSR, social media, and account management for cohesive campaign execution.
• Produce design assets for promotional displays, social media, publications, packaging, and corporate materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices to maintain creative excellence.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Present design proposals, campaign concepts, and creative solutions to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Advertising, Fine Art, Marketing, Communications.

Expertise Required

• Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Adobe Premiere, Motion5, Final cut pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, 3Ds Max and Cinema 4D.

Years of Experience

• 24 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Photographs & Communications.
