We are seeking a GYN & Hernia Tech Consultant for the Southern Region, based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting Medtronic's Advanced Surgical Line, with a specific focus on Gynecology (GYN), Hernia, and General Surgery tools and instruments. This role primarily involves working within operating rooms (ORs) in assigned hospitals, providing technical support and product promotion to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including Surgeons and Nurses. The consultant ensures the safe and effective use of Medtronic technologies, contributing directly to patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions, and customers regarding specialized therapies in Gynecology, Hernia, and General Surgery.
• Offer technical support by attending OR cases, conducting sales presentations, and performing product demonstrations.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of company products.
• Furnish sales personnel with necessary technical data for product demonstrations and lead the execution of line strategy.
• Deliver technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations as required.
• Conduct on-site education and consulting, supporting the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned Southern Region.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires significant domestic travel within the assigned Southern Region, which may constitute up to 50% of working days. The Technical Consultant will primarily operate within hospital operating rooms, engaging directly with healthcare professionals to provide technical support and product expertise.
