About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. The Hostess is responsible for managing guest flow and maintaining high service standards within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure guests are seated efficiently according to restaurant procedures.
• Help maintain a smooth flow of operations, particularly during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep the reception and waiting areas organized.
• Handle guest requests or concerns professionally and effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a hostess, front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
