As an Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee all housekeeping operations at Doubletree by Hilton, ensuring an excellent guest and member experience. This role requires a keen focus on guest satisfaction while managing departmental targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  • Operate within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost management.
  • Set departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
  • Regularly inspect all fixtures and fittings for compliance with standards.
  • Ensure ongoing training and communicate effectively with all hotel areas.
  • Manage performance issues in compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in housekeeping/laundry in the hotel or leisure sector at a managerial or supervisory level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a large team.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.
