As an Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee all housekeeping operations at Doubletree by Hilton, ensuring an excellent guest and member experience. This role requires a keen focus on guest satisfaction while managing departmental targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
Operate within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost management.
Set departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
Regularly inspect all fixtures and fittings for compliance with standards.
Ensure ongoing training and communicate effectively with all hotel areas.
Manage performance issues in compliance with company policies.
Recruit, manage, train, and develop housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

Experience in housekeeping/laundry in the hotel or leisure sector at a managerial or supervisory level.
Demonstrated success in managing a large team.
High school certificate or equivalent.
Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.
