About the Role

Waad Education, a specialized educational institution in Jeddah comprising Dar Al Dhikr, Waad Academy, and Bloom Schools, is seeking an experienced HR Operation Supervisor. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day human resources operations across the schools, supporting the company's mission to foster a dynamic society where children thrive and educators excel.

Role Overview

The HR Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all HR operational functions, ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This position plays a key role in delivering efficient HR services to employees, managing the entire employee lifecycle, and supervising administrative HR functions. The objective is to maintain high standards in HR operations and enhance the overall employee experience, directly contributing to the school's educational mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily HR operations within the educational institutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Manage and administer employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Supervise HR administrative functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide efficient and responsive HR services to all employees.
  • Support the company's mission by maintaining high standards in HR practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of this experience must be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Previous experience within the education or school sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.
  • Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and current HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
