Role Overview: HR Operation Supervisor
Waad Education Company is seeking an HR Operation Supervisor to oversee the daily human resources functions within its schools located in Jeddah and Makkah. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies, while providing efficient HR services to all employees. The HR Operation Supervisor will manage the employee lifecycle, supervise HR administrative tasks, and contribute to the company's mission by maintaining high standards in HR operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day human resources operations within the educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage and administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Supervise HR administrative functions and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the school's mission by maintaining high standards of HR operations and enhancing the employee experience.
- Assist with payroll administration and attendance management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
- Previous experience within the education or school sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.
- Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is considered an advantage.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a dedicated professional to ensure smooth HR operations within the educational settings.
