About the Role

Namq Company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Supervisor to oversee HR operational activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a candidate with a strong background in HR operations, payroll, government relations, and employee services to ensure efficient HR processes and effective support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, including employee services and administrative processes.
• Manage payroll activities, encompassing attendance tracking, overtime calculations, deductions, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor regulations and government-related requirements.
• Provide support to operations teams in resolving employee-related matters and inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and maintain high standards of HR service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
• Proven experience in managing payroll, government relations, and HR compliance matters.
• Experience within the F&B, hospitality, or multi-site operations sectors is preferred.
