The Role of HSE Engineer

Abuljadayel Co. for Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an HSE Engineer to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The primary focus of this role is to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health, safety, and environmental procedures specifically for wastewater and tunneling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and thorough risk assessments.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and established company standards.
• Prepare accurate HSE reports and maintain essential documentation.
• Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to foster a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
