Alshams Energy is seeking an HSE Officer Fuel Farm to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing safety compliance within fuel farm and hydrant system operations, ensuring adherence to critical safety and environmental regulations.

Role Overview

The HSE Officer is responsible for managing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency response plans. A primary focus of this position is to ensure strict compliance with GACA environmental and safety regulations, as well as airport safety standards, across all fuel farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance across all fuel farm operations.
• Manage safety procedures and protocols in accordance with GACA regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety audits.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills as per GACA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GACA environmental regulations.
• Monitor airport safety and ICAO standards compliance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting findings to GACA as required.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs aligned with GACA standards.
• Manage PPE requirements and safety equipment.
• Maintain safety documentation and records for GACA inspections.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with GACA on all safety compliance matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GACA environmental and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with airport safety standards and ICAO guidelines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on on-site operations within the fuel farm environment.
