About the Role

Aanaab is seeking a Human Resources and Government Manager - Stellar to support a private school group in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing legal affairs, HR operations, employee relations, government relations, regulatory compliance, and official representation before relevant authorities. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company/school before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and coordinate with external law firms on legal matters.
  • Provide legal guidance on labor, employment, regulatory, and operational issues, and draft/review legal notices, warnings, terminations, and settlements.
  • Manage transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, MOE, and MISA, ensuring timely completion of government and compliance requirements.
  • Draft, issue, renew, amend, and terminate employment contracts, updating them on government systems and official platforms.
  • Manage employee contractual matters, documentation, requests, and employment status, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition, handle new-hire formalities, and manage Saudization, sponsorship transfers, work permits, Iqama renewals, and exit/re-entry visas.
  • Follow up on sponsorship matters and regulatory compliance, and manage final settlements, clearances, and End-of-Service Benefits.
  • Support performance reviews, monitor attendance, absence, and lateness, and prepare warnings, disciplinary notices, and formal employee communications in compliance with Saudi labor law.
  • Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs, ensure accurate payroll data, and manage medical insurance additions, deletions, renewals, and updates.
  • Maintain confidential employee, contract, insurance, legal, and HR records.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, employment regulations, government compliance, and HR-related legal procedures.
  • Proven experience with Qiwa, MHRSD/Labor Office, Jawazat, GOSI, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Investment platforms.
  • Previous experience in legal affairs, HR operations, government relations, and employment contract management.
  • Strong experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, legal notices, warning letters, termination documents, and formal employee communications.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally before courts, government authorities, and official bodies.
  • Excellent Arabic drafting and communication skills.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
  • Experience in the education or private school sector is an advantage.
