Job Description

About the Role: Implementation Coordinator

Olive Tree Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, fully remote capacity. This role supports a Jeddah-based client in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on improving internal management rhythms and organizational habits. Designed for individuals at the start of their career with 0-1 years of experience, this position is ideal for those who excel at organizing information and ensuring critical details are maintained.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of the Implementation Coordinator is to bridge the gap between advisory recommendations and daily operational execution. This involves establishing a reliable written memory for projects by documenting decision logic and tracking ownership. The role ensures that consultants and client teams maintain consistent progress through clear action lists and straightforward work schedules, rather than focusing on complex software management or presentation building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document meeting outcomes with clarity and brevity, accurately capturing the intent of decisions.
  • Maintain the shared project record to provide team members with current task statuses without requiring meetings.
  • Map simple handoffs between departments to clarify responsibility for process next steps.
  • Manage the calendar and schedule for recurring management rhythms, ensuring materials are provided in advance.
  • Support the advisory team by preparing weekly summaries of completed tasks and items requiring attention.
  • Check in with client team members to confirm they have necessary information for assigned work.
  • Organize project documents and resources for easy access and use by both consulting and client teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • A natural inclination for order and a preference for organized, easily accessible information.
  • Ability to write plain, concise English that is understandable upon first read.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment where written communication is primary.
  • A calm approach to managing multiple small tasks simultaneously without feeling overwhelmed.
  • High level of honesty regarding progress, including the ability to communicate when tasks are behind schedule.
  • Ability to listen to extended discussions and summarize key points and action items effectively.

Helpful Background and Experience

  • Basic familiarity with shared document platforms or simple project management tools.
  • Previous experience in a support role, internship, or university club involving schedule or note management.
  • An interest in organizational functioning and team dynamics.
  • A background in communications, business, or the humanities emphasizing clear writing and critical thinking.
  • Experience working in a remote setting, whether through employment or remote learning.

Work Environment and Company Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position operating in a 100% remote capacity. Olive Tree Consulting Group promotes a sustainable pace of work and does not expect team members to be available at all hours. The role offers the opportunity to gain insight into management consulting and observe the impact of practical changes within large organizations. We provide a supportive environment for professional skill development. Compensation is competitive for the entry-level market and will be disclosed during the hiring process.

Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that assists leadership teams in resolving recurring management issues, particularly in the space between strategy and daily execution. The firm emphasizes practical changes over large-scale transformation, focusing on decision-making processes, meeting structures, and ownership recording. Our approach prioritizes useful written notes and clear ownership to establish sustainable management rhythms for client teams.
