About the Indirect Sales Consultant Role

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking a strategic Indirect Sales Consultant to lead the expansion of its indirect sales channels. This full-time position, based in Makkah (Jeddah, Makkah), requires 5-10 years of experience and involves building and managing a network of real estate partners and brokers to ensure high-quality representation of company projects and achievement of sales targets.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to foster sustainable strategic partnerships with real estate entities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding accredited real estate brokers and marketing partners.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships with key real estate market players.
  • Managing, updating, and enforcing cooperation and commission agreements in line with corporate policies.
  • Conducting training sessions for partners on project details, competitive advantages, and payment plans.
  • Providing partners with updated marketing materials, promotional offers, and pricing structures.
  • Monitoring broker performance, analyzing sales data, and providing periodic reports to management.
  • Ensuring partner compliance with company policies and approved brand identity.
  • Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Collection, and Customer Service) to streamline client closing processes referred through indirect channels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Real Estate company.
  • A strong existing network of local real estate marketing firms and brokers.
  • Established international professional network in real estate marketing.
  • Proven ability to attract new sales channels for the company.

Essential Skills and Competencies

The role demands a specific set of technical and behavioral skills:

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in negotiation and persuasion; comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Real Estate market and regulatory framework; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; advanced presentation and training skills.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Ability to identify and tap into new market segments; strong interpersonal skills to foster long-term trust; high attention to detail and ability to work within an organized schedule; effective teamwork across internal departments.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
