D-ploy is a global provider of managed IT infrastructure and technical support services. The company is seeking an Infrastructure Support Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining high-performing service support functions. This role requires a strong understanding of IT trends, products, and solutions, along with a focus on customer satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-performing service support functions, including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, and 2nd line technicians.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver business value through effective service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of Information Technology, including current trends, products, and solutions.
• Experience in maintaining high-performing service support functions.
• Knowledge of business development, specifically in identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Customer-focused approach with a drive for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate creative problem-solving ("think outside of the box").
• Willingness to travel when required.
