KPI & Development Specialist

About the Role

SSCL is seeking a KPI & Development Specialist to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing critical operational frameworks across various portfolios within the organization. The specialist will be instrumental in establishing robust procedures and governance models to enhance operational efficiency and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures to standardize processes and ensure consistency across all portfolios.
• Establish governance frameworks that define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Create decision matrices to streamline approval processes and improve operational agility.
• Implement process ownership models to clearly assign accountability for key operational workflows.
• Design operational readiness frameworks to ensure all portfolios are prepared for new initiatives and changes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in developing operational procedures and governance structures. The role requires a professional with significant experience in relevant fields.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operating procedures, governance frameworks, decision matrices, process ownership models, and operational readiness frameworks.

Preferred Industry Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in environments characterized by large-scale operations and complex infrastructure. This includes a background in:

• Large-scale operations and maintenance.
• Integrated facilities management.
• Airports, healthcare, higher education, or hospitality sectors.
• Government or critical infrastructure environments.
